Le Multicolore is a type of casino game. Consequently, it is predicated on chance or luck just like other casino games. As implicit from the name, le multicolore is a French game. Le Multicolore Rules

Le Multicolore comprises a big billiard table which has disc that is roundish in shape. There are 25 cups that are painted with 5 different colours. The cups are painted in this order:

  • 6 red
  • 6 green
  • 6 yellow
  • 6 white
  • 1 blue

Each of these cups is identical with the rest.

The number 4 is given to one of the 6 cups that have the same colour, 3 of the remaining cups of the same colour is numbered 3 while the rest are number 2. The one blue cup bears the number 24. There are two option of playing this game with regard to the spinning of the wheel. You can either spin the wheel or you leave it without spinning it.

The players can wager on these painted layout of the table. There is also a croupier like in roulette. It is the croupier that determines the number that wins. He does that by first striking an ivory ball with cue stick into the wheel. The ball will run across the cloth, going up the ramp of the wheel and from there it moves to the wheel's circumference and then lands into any of the twenty five cups of the wheel. The payout is determined by the cup where the ball rests. Colours one, three, and four are the winning colour with odds of 24:1.
